After a rather long absence I have finally got some free time to get back into Newsletter mode!

It has been 3 full months with out an update....
Firstly I went back to Belize for a month to certify my Practitioners status in Maya Abdominal Massage.  It was fantastic to be with fellow practitioners again and exchange experiences and of course take in more of the technique which has affected so many peoples health all over the world, from the US, Canada, Central and South America, Australia and a few countries in Europe, I am the only person in France for the moment – but am in contact with the crowd from the UK, Greece and Slovenia.
Whilst there I also did a second class on the Maya Spiritual Bathing which was mind blowing yet again.  There have been more people coming to see me for shifts with this beautiful ceremony.  Again, as I’m the only practitioner in France, I’m getting people coming from other parts of the country and one flying down from southern Germany.

This year whilst in Belize I visited a few caves.  In spite of all those beautiful pyramids the Maya are famous for, they carried out a lot of their spiritual ceremonies inside caves.  One of them we had to swim into and walk up stream for half a kilometre and then climb up a rock to get to the shelf where artefacts are still where they had been left 500 years ago – the photo’s I took don’t give it justice, so here are a couple that show the entrance and inside of a smaller limestone cave.

As from this month I will be holding monthly Uterine/Prostate meditations.  We all stock a lot of our negative emotions in our stomach; this can cause digestive problems and prevent the fresh oxygenated blood from reaching the pelvic area.  This creates various different problems – check out the web site for the list.  Doing this guided meditation helps us to communicate with our internal organs and helps to give us insights into some of our emotions.  They will only last about 45 minutes and you will need to bring some note paper to write down anything that comes up for you during the meditation.

Also this month I’m offering the Maya astrological information again; so, to find out which sign and number you are just email me your birth date (day, month and year). I can work out what you are and send you back the details, with a photo of the sign along with what it means and with the date when that particular combination next happens.

I have also got some wooden Maya signs that come either as necklaces or as key rings (see photo) so you can then buy yours, your friends or children’s sign to wear.

Every Tuesday : I will be doing special introductory offers of the Metamorphic Technique between 9h and midday. 1 hour - 25€.  Book ahead of time to avoid disappointments and to find out where it will be.
